Verified operating scope
Control across the stages that shape the finished product.
BRICAPAR operates two production plants in Paraguay. Current verified operations include charcoal conditioning and grading, fines control, briquette manufacturing, packaging and export preparation.
The exact formulation, pressing and drying parameters are product and process information; they should not be replaced by the legacy site’s unsupported “post-forming carbonization” description.
Control model
Quality belongs in the product, method and records.
- 01
Raw-material identity
Confirm the charcoal source or product line and prevent unsuitable material entering the defined process.
- 02
Preparation
Prepare charcoal fines according to the process requirements for the selected briquette.
- 03
Manufacturing
Produce the agreed briquette format under the applicable formulation and process controls.
- 04
Physical review
Check format, dimensions, mass tolerance and mechanical condition against the specification.
- 05
Packaging
Control nominal pack weight, integrity, approved artwork and pallet configuration.
- 06
Records
Connect product, lot, packing and shipment information at the level agreed for the order.
Written acceptance
Sampling and test methods matter.
Analytical numbers only become useful when the product identity, sampling basis, method, laboratory and acceptance limits are clear. A representative sample should be connected to the batch or supply option being assessed.
Request quality informationNo recycled legacy figures
The old site’s capacity, unit-weight, burn-time, ash, moisture, fixed-carbon and calorific-value figures are not carried into this rebuild without current product evidence.
Commercial enquiry
Request a charcoal briquette quotation.
Send your market, packaging, estimated quantity, destination and documentation requirements. BRICAPAR’s export team will review the brief through the centralized commercial channel.
